MARIUS BARTOCCINI , fortepiano

The personality of an "anonymous" album lies in the centrality of the instrument used and in its combination with the style of writing that unites the songs presented; light and refined melodic lines, delicate phrasing, and a series of dynamic contrasts, in addition to identifying what could be defined as a sort of "Venetian classicism," make the hammered instrument one of the most suitable for their performance.

Marius Bartoccini earned a Bachelor's Degree in Piano with top marks from the "J. Tomadini" Conservatory of Music in Udine, studying under Professor Maria Grazia Cabai. He also earned a Master's Degree with top marks and distinction, including a publication mention for his thesis, "The Evolution of Keyboard Chordophones: From the Pythagorean Monochord to the Modern Piano." He also earned a degree in Instrumentation and Composition for Wind Orchestra.
He won third prize at the "Albenga City Fortepiano Competition." He has attended masterclasses with renowned teachers in fortepiano (Stefania Neonato, Ilario Gregoletto, and Leo Van Doesellar), harpsichord, fortepiano, conducting, and composition.
As a fortepianist, harpsichordist, pianist and conductor he has participated in various concert seasons and renowned national and international festivals in Italy, Slovenia, Austria, Czech Republic, Germany and Portugal for a total of approximately 500 concerts.
He has collaborated with renowned conductors such as Sigiswald Kuijken and Federico Maria Sardelli. He has performed on original instruments such as the Longman & Broderip fortepiano (1789), Schantz (1795), F. Samisch (1830), John Watlin (1808), Schantz (1828), Luigi Rasori (1832) Johann Haselmann (1810); on prestigious copies as well as on his own instruments.
Since January 2018, he has been collaborating with the record company « Brilliant Classics ». He has recorded the world premiere of the complete music for fortepiano for two and four hands by František Xaver Dušek (2021) and the complete compositions for fortepiano for four hands by Leopold Antonín Koželuh (2022).

ENGLISH VERSION

The personality of an “anonymous” album lies in the centrality of the instrument performing and in its connection with the type of writing that relates all the pieces; light and refined melodic lines, delicate phrasing and a series of dynamic contrasts not only identify what one might refer to as a kind of “Venetian classicism”, but also make the hammer instrument one of the most suitable for their performance.

Marius Bartoccini studied piano with Maria Grazia Cabai at the J. Tomadini Conservatory in Udine, graduating after three years with the maximum number of votes. He also took a Master in piano with the publication of his thesis “The Evolution of Chordophones with Keyboards, from the Pythagorean Monochord to the Modern Pianoforte”, graduating cum laude with the maximum number of votes. He also obtained a diploma in instrumentation and composition for wind orchestra.
He won third prize in the first edition of the Fortepiano Competition of the City of Albenga. He took masterclasses with renowned teachers of fortepiano such as Stefania Neonato, Ilario Gregoletto and Leo van Doesellar, in harpsichord, piano, choral and orchestral conducting, composition chamber vocal music.
As a fortepianist, harpsichordist, pianist and conductor he has taken part in various concert seasons and renowned national and international festivals in Italy, Slovenia, Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany and Portugal, a total of around 500 concerts.
He has collaborated with famous conductors such as Sigiswald Kuijken and Federico Maria Sardelli. He has appeared playing original instruments, such as the fortepianos of Longman & Broderip (1789), Schantz (1795; the earliest known), F. Samisch (1830), John Watlin (1810), Schantz (1828), Luigi Rasori (1832) and Johann Haselmann (1810), on prestigious copies as well as instruments in his own possession.
Since January 2018 he has been collaborating with the label Brilliant Classics. He has recorded in world première the first complete collection of František Xaver Dušek's solo and duet music for fortepiano, and the complete music for fortepiano four hands of Leopold Kozeluh, released in February 2022.

One of the few body sunscreens that doesn't trigger my sensory issues
Size: 5 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
I have sensory sensitivities, so wearing sunscreen is usually a pretty unpleasant experience for me. I can't stand heavy textures, greasy finishes, or that sticky sunscreen feeling that seems to sit on top of the skin all day. I'm also bothered by mineral and matte sunscreens that dry my skin out. It's very hard to find a sunscreen as genuinely comfortable as this one is. I bought the Coola Sunblock Body Lotion because several reviews mentioned that it actually feels like a regular lotion once applied, but I honestly assumed it still wouldn't work for me. I was genuinely shocked the first time I used this. The texture feels silky and lightweight, absorbs quickly, and leaves my skin feeling soft rather than coated or oily. It really does wear more like a comfortable body lotion than a traditional sunscreen, and I don't notice any residue or oily feel at all, which is amazing. I also love that it's fragrance-free, which makes it even easier for me to tolerate, especially with sensitive skin and sensory issues. Coola Sunblock Body Lotion is one of the very few body sunscreens I've tried that I actually enjoy wearing, and it works perfectly. I am very fair and burn easily, but I had no burning or redness on my first outside day of the summer while wearing this. It's sunscreen that works and that I can actually wear with zero discomfort. Amazing.

Im 63, with fair and sensitive skin. I love this high strength sunscreen that isn't greasy and doesn't have added ingredients and perfumes that bother me and make me break out.

Expensive, but worth it
Size: 5 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
What's the best sunscreen? The sunscreen you'll use consistently. I like Coola because it feels like moisturizer, not sticky gross sunscreen. It's pricey, but I think you get what you pay for with Coola.

Great sunscreen, but too pricey!
Size: 5 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
I love COOLA products. They are a good substitute for my favorite sunscreens by Bare Republic - which was discontinued. Unfortunately COOLA products are very pricey. For that reason, I must use other brands where it makes sense. Trader Joe's spray sunscreen works very well and is $5.99. Coppertone Water Babies works for water sports. I'm saving my $28 COOLA lotion sunscreen for when I need a non greasy odor-free sunscreen, for example when I spend time in the sun followed by lunch out or shopping.
