Goat IL-2 (Interleukin 2) ELISA KitThe Goat (IL 2) Interleukin 2 ELISA Kit measures Interleukin 2 in Goat samples. The plate has been pre coated with Goat IL 2 antibody. IL 2 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Goat IL 2 Antibody is added and binds to IL 2 in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated IL 2 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin HRP is washed away during a washing step.

The Goat (IL-2) Interleukin 2 ELISA Kit measures Interleukin 2 in Goat samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Goat IL-2 antibody. IL-2 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Goat IL-2 Antibody is added and binds to IL-2 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated IL-2 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Goat IL-2. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

5'9, around 125-130 pounds, and the Small fit me just fine. Adjuster strap provides a great range of... adjustment. Good waistcoat if you are looking for something quick and cheap. With it being cheap, however, the material suffers. Due to it being folded while in shipping, there are seem lines going down the sides of the waistcoat which make it poke out and look awkward.
