The Human (ACTN1) Alpha-Actinin 1 ELISA Kit measures alpha-Actinin 1 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human ACTN-1 antibody. ACTN-1 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human ACTN-1 Antibody is added and binds to ACTN-1 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated ACTN-1 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human ACTN-1. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Buy the individual cross cut sheets, not these rolls.

I ordered two different types, individually cross cut foil rectangular pieces and these rolls both containing 36. sq. ft. The cross cut sheet blows this away. This stuff is much thinner, much less butyl rubber, much flimsier foil, and needs twice as much to have the same effect. Once you put it on, you cant remove it. The other brand's 2mm is much thicker than this.
