Ingredients: Organic Wheatgrass
Origin information: Wheatgrass is grown in India, sun-dried and ground in Auroville.
Shelf Life: 24 months from the date of manufacture.
Usage: 2 to 6 grams daily. Start with one measuring spoon (2g) in a glass of cold or lukewarm water, 1 to 3 times a day. Or mix with lemon juice or any other of your favorite fruit/ vegetable juices or smoothies, salad dressing or any other food, to suit an individualβs specific taste.
