   The firewall plate includes a block off plate for old wiring and a new bulkhead shape/location for a GM based fuse box and bulkhead, and has the painless universal GM style harness included.

    With the newest version of this truck over 30 years old the original wiring is often brittle, old and abused. Not to mention containing fusible links that will leave you searching through the old crusty wiring. Add to that the potential of older dying computers in the 91-93 models, especially useless in a Cummins application, and you quickly see that these trucks need a whole new harness. 
   The production numbers of old dodge trucks are very low, that’s why the aftermarket often ignores these old trucks. 
   In order to support them, we have devised a way to modernize and upgrade your wiring, and most other operating systems too.  
    It is a brand new Painless Performance Products 25-circuit Wiring Harness.  Choose universal if you are using the original dodge column, choose gm if you are using an aftermarket column already based on a gm plug. These are the same harness’s, but the universal one will save you a few dollars for not including some unnecessary plugs. 
   It is a GM based harness that includes a new bulkhead and fusebox that fits our bolt on firewall plate. (Or the mini firewall plate included in this listing).
   The new fuse box will be located in the cab on the firewall in a new serviceable location.
   It can allow you to delete the original useless computer on 91.5-93 diesel trucks. (Probably just as handy with gas magnum trucks too if going with aftermarket fuel injection).
   It will be labeled for some items on a GM vehicle that do not exist in all applications but is extremely universal in nature.
   The stock column can be utilized by saving the stock column harness and adapting it, or an aftermarket GM column can be bolted in. Stock or aftermarket heat/cool capable, stock or aftermarket power window/ lock capable. 
   We do use an aftermarket gauge cluster set that works with your factory dash bezel. 
   A reasonable grasp of electrical wiring as described by painless performance will be necessary to figure out all wiring details and options.

This is not a plug in and play harness. Requires some knowledge of automotive electrical and a Factory Service Manual wiring diagram at the minimum.
