- Combines two 2.0 kW French hotplates, a 24-inch griddle, and a standard oversized oven.
- Infinite heat control on the hotplates and thermostatic control on the griddle provide flexible cooking control.
- Oversized oven includes one rack, three rack positions, and top browning control.
- Stainless steel front, sides, back riser, shelf, and legs are built on a MIG-welded aluminized steel frame.
- Full-width pull-out stainless steel crumb tray helps simplify cleanup.
- 240V unit supports 1- or 3-phase power and is shipped in 3-phase with field conversion to single phase.
