- Holds five 12 x 20 x 2-1/2 inch pans per compartment, 10 total.
- Separate 60-minute timer controls with a constant steam setting for each cavity.
- Electric cabinet-mounted boiler supplies atmospheric steam at about 212°F.
- Reversible insulated doors and a hidden magnetic door switch improve safety and usability.
- Uses dual 1/2 inch NPT water supplies, a 1-1/4 inch NPT drain, and 3-phase power.
