On their debut album Oakland, California's Vale channel visions of a grim future in which the world is barren and destroyed, where agents of opportunity consume everything they can get their hands on. Titled Burden Of Sight, the album can be seen as an expression of outrage felt at the pervasive exploitation and avarice that has taken root in the band's own backyard. From rampant homelessness to the overindulgences of the upper class, it's all too easy to imagine the harsh reality of decomposing landscapes fraught with cannibalism and religious zealotry that the band depicts across six tracks of roaring, death-infused black metal. Vale features Kate Coysh on vocals, James Meyer and Daniel Borman on guitar, Thaddaeus Perkins on bass, and Justin Ennis on drums and electronics. The band was formed in late 2015 and shares members with Ulthar, Void Omnia and Abstracter. After recording a demo in 2017, the quintet hit the road twice as they worked on the material that would make up their first full-length. This debut was recorded by Greg Wilkinson in Jan 2019 at Earhammer Studios in Oakland.

Labrador approved!!
This is Sherman, he's the youngest of our 3 labs. He's 16 mos old, 83 lbs and a super obsessive chewer. Chewed through half the spindles on our deck over the course of about 2 hours - That's when I ordered BarkBone. He has a nightly chew session before bed, as well as throughout the day anytime he gets bored. These things are amazing and stand up to out little buzzsaw!! With the addition of the 2 new ones received today, he has 7 or 8 BarkBones in different flavors. He trades off during a chew-a-thon. He "lost" all the other bones (the other 2 took them outside and buried them in the snow). Poor guy went out of his mind searching the house for a bone a couple nights ago, which is why I ordered more! Big guy was elated when UPS them today - on a Sunday!! He layed down for a chew immediately!
My only complaint, I think they give him smelly, clear the room, gas! 🤢😵💫

Not interested in chewing this toy

Our corgi is a very aggressive chewer but just doesn’t like this toy. He’ll pick it up excitedly and run off with it only to drop it and walk away, as if he tastes something bad. He’s attempted to chew it a few times but will stop within a few seconds and just walk away. He’s done this at least 10 times. I can’t figure it out. This dog chews up everything, but leaves this toy alone. I had such great hopes for this chew toy. A big waste of money.
