For generations, stories have swirled around the legendary creature said to inhabit the dark depths of Loch Ness. Whether you believe in Nessie or not, one thing is certain—every great adventure begins with a willingness to explore the unknown.
This race celebrates curiosity, perseverance, and the courage to venture beyond what is familiar. Just like the explorers who have searched the waters of Loch Ness for nearly a century, you'll be challenged to push forward, embrace the journey, and discover what you're truly capable of accomplishing.

Complete your race anytime between August 1 and December 31, 2026. Run, walk, hike, treadmill, or complete your miles however you'd like and at your own pace.
Participants will earn our stunning Loch Ness: Legendary Depths finisher medal, featuring the famous cryptid emerging from the waters of Loch Ness. The back of the medal reminds us:

What is a Virtual Race?
A virtual race is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym or on the track (or even at another race). You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. Running and walking on your own, or with friends! And your medal will be shipped directly to you. Complete a virtual 5Ks, 10K, half marathon and more!
