This T-shirt also include your department heat pressed on the back.
Option available to have your name on a sleeve. Please make sure the right first and last name is on the receipt to avoid confusion. Also, items with custom names or departments are not exchangeable or refundable. Only none custom items are exchangeable.
At checkout, use coupon: Headwaters. This will make sure your orders are delivered to the Headwaters. Collect them at the Foundation Office (located in the Hospital) on the third Monday of the month.
