NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS
In order to ensure an accurate headcount of attendees and to avoid last-minute cancellations, a non-refundable fee of $40.00 is required.
We know plans can change, so if something comes up and you're unable to attend, just let our admins know via email [email protected] at least 3 days prior to the event. This way, we can adjust our preparations accordingly and you won't be marked as a no-show. Please note, that it isNOT possible to get a refund, it is also not allowed to sell or transfer your spot to another member.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
