Seasons of Change was written for young audiences to illustrate the beauty of compromise. Like the seasons themselves, Summer and Winter’s differences make them special and unique, but in order to get along they must learn to meet in the middle. The beauty that stems from their compromise is reflected in the creation of Spring and Autumn.

About the Author

Brooke Jameson is a former collegiate swimmer. She dreamed up the idea for this story during countless laps in the pool. She has always had a passion for writing, poetry, and the arts.
A Boston native, she received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Bentley University. In her spare time, she can be found cheering on Boston sports teams, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.

Wow! What a great book!! Seasons of Change is a well written children's book that has a unique take on compromise. Using the seasons to show the give and take of compromise is a great concept that kids can really understand. It’s a great book and I could not recommend it more!

Seasons of Change is a comforting, light-hearted and easy read! It’s perfect for kids ages 8-12 as it teaches the importance of compromise in a subtle way. It’s beautifully written and the illustrations are amazing! Highly recommend reading to your children and/or an elementary school class! 

An amazing read. It made a great gift for my younger cousin. The intricacies of the illustrations alone made this book one that we could not put down! I highly recommend this book for any kiddo in your life! 

Seasons of Change by Brooke Jameson has been a deeply relevant and inspiring book for my nephews and niece. Brooke writes with a style that is easy to follow yet thought provoking. She lets the readers anticipate and build the narrative with each page flip and leaves them thinking about the metaphors after they "Spring" to life. My niece particularly loved this book and shared it with her friends. I highly, highly recommend Seasons of Change for anyone who wants to share an uplifting, unpretentious, exceptionally touching book with their family. Well done, Ms. Jameson.
