Fenugreek is a clover-like herb commonly used in Indian cuisine and traditional herbal medicine. It comes from the fenugreek plant that belongs to the family Fabaceae, commonly known as the legume, bean, or pea family. It is native to western Asia, southern Europe, and the Mediterranean region. My daughter loves this. She has me buy her one every Christmas and uses it to shimmer up everything! Mists out fine particles of glitter as a big poof. It does tend to get everywhere. More even when applying, unlike the brush on applicating ones.
