I would not recommend this.

For me it only helped for about 15 minutes at the most. I do NOT want to have to keep spraying all day!

Helps with dry mouth

I purchased this because Iβve noticed as I get older that my mouth produces less saliva. I have been experiencing dry mouth more and more often, especially at night. I started mouth taping and using xylitol melts and Iβve seen a huge improvement in my overall oral health. They are easy to use, taste good and were comfortable overnight. Highly recommend.
