Material: European Beech, ceramic.
David Mellor stainless-steel salt and pepper mills have been designed by Corin Mellor as part of beautiful tableware collection.
Their unusual, precision machined tops are a contemporary interpretation of a cog, reflecting their grinding action and David Mellor's industrial design heritage. Beautifully engineered for high-definition crispness, they feature a subtle black or white band to distinguish between salt and pepper at the table.
Each mill has a strong ceramic crush grind mechanism, with "David Mellor" branding on the base.

- Height: 15.8 cm; diameter: 6.0 cm.
Material: Stainless steel, ceramic.
Care / Instruction for all grinders:
- To fill your grinder with salt or pepper pull the top firmly and remove.
- The ceramic CrushGrind® mechanism can be adjusted from coarse to fine.
- DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN as this will damage the mechanism.
- To ensure continued smooth operation we recommend adding a small amount of rice on top of the salt to absorb moisture and prevent the rocks/corns from sticking together.
- We also recommend that you always turn the grinder in the same direction (i.e. clockwise) to prevent salt/pepper being drawn back into the mechanism.
- Clean with soft cloth. Do not place in microwave nor dishwasher.
