The manufacturer claims this little 1/144 kit is the world's first plastic model of the FM-2. I'm not sure if that's true, but it's probably the world's cutest plastic model box, if nothing else! But there are treats within the box, too. Though tiny, this kit is a high-precision, super-accurate model of the General Motors-built Wildcat. Even the plane's distinctive landing gear are crisply molded, despite the tiny scale. Comes with plastic for TWO kits, one molded in gray, and one in blue. Comes with decals for two kits, decals simulating a carrier deck, and even a tiny little cartoon cat mascot, with decals for his face.
