Type I: Up to 90% of the collagen in your body is type I and is found primarily in skin, bones, blood vessel walls, connective tissue, cartilage, and even scar tissue. Most notable for anti-aging, minimizing wrinkles, improving the skins health and hydration as well as reducing the prevalence of cellulite and even wound healing.
