Built for KTM riders who live for rough terrain, long rides, and hot conditions, these Fire Power Off-Road Radiators deliver the performance and reliability your bike deserves. Made from high-strength 3003 aluminum alloy, they provide excellent heat dissipation, pressure resistance, and durability — a perfect upgrade if your stock radiator’s seen better days or you want better cooling for race-level riding.

Each radiator includes a 2.0 BAR (28.5 psi) high-pressure cap that raises your system’s boiling point, keeping your KTM cooler and more consistent in demanding conditions. The natural aluminum finish complements KTM’s factory look while offering long-term corrosion protection. Every unit is hand TIG-welded for precision and strength, then tested through a three-step water and air pressure inspection to ensure it’s leak-free and ready to ride.
