This pair of beautifully engraved glasses, handblown, dating to the Georgian period. Each glass has a hopΒ plant to one side with crossed barley to the other in a funnel shape with a pontil mark to each base. Identifying their use in a delicate way, showing handcrafting mastery at its best.
They measure at approximately 13cm in height and 5.5cm in diameter at the top. Overall they are in excellent condition for their age with no chips or cracks present. One glass does however have a grouping of small black marks on one side and to the base as shown in the photos.Β Β
