Stan Uhligβs extensive career began as a US Navy Seabee in Vietnam after obtaining a degree in civil engineering. His work has spanned from teaching civil engineering technology to engaging in federal construction contracting globally. With over forty years of federal government design and construction experience, Uhlig has held positions such as chief engineer, project manager, program manager, and senior project manager for various companies worldwide. He also served as general manager of operations for one of the largest construction companies globally and owned a multi-million-dollar construction business. He has successfully completed some of the most significant and complex government contracts ever conceived, both domestically and internationally.
Uhlig is now the owner of Federal Construction Consultants, specializing in guiding firms on entering and succeeding in federal construction. He also speaks at various events nationwide and has been a registered provider for the American Institute of Architects and a past post president of the Society of American Military Engineers.
