Ingredients:
Tincture of organically grown oats (Avena Sativa), extracted in alcohol (51% w / v)
Dosage and method of use
Adults and children over 12 years: 10 to 15 drops in a little water, 3-5 times a day.
For use as a hypnotic, 30-40 drops per day before bedtime. Children (3-12 years): 6 drops 3 times a day.
