Important Installation Notes
• Unit is intended for commercial use under a vented hood.
• Maintain 10" side/rear clearance from combustible surfaces (charbroiler section is non-combustible locations only).
• If installing on flooring other than quarry tile, consult factory for approved options.
• Avoid placing cookware larger than 12" in diameter on the front burners to prevent rail damage.
• Never use sheet pans to clean the charbroiler; doing so can cause grate damage.
