This kit is based on Double antibody Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti NRD1 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody.

The Human NRD1 (Nardilysin) ELISA Kit measures NRD1 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti NRD1 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with NRD1 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of NRD1 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

At 75, foundation can be a real challenge, too heavy and it settles into fine lines, looking caked on, and it will make you look way older than you are! I've always leaned toward a natural finish anyway, so when I discovered this tinted moisturizer at such a great price I was super happy! For the most part, it delivers. It has a noticeable luminous finish that reads as "shiny" on my skin, and it won't do much to conceal age spots (though honestly, I'm fully aware, that's not what a tinted moisturizer is designed for.) A dab of concealer handles my brown spots and for the shine, a light dusting of mineral powder does the trick. The SPF is of course, a big bonus. If you're an active outdoors person who wants effortless, natural-looking light coverage without the weight of a foundation, this is it.
