What's the Process?

• Send your instrument to Test and Tag Supplies (address below) using a traceable shipping method.
• We will calibrate and return your instrument to you.

Expected turnaround time: 5-10 working days once the instrument is received by Test and Tag Supplies.

What's Included?

What's Not Included?

• Repair or adjustment of the instrument if it is found to be outside the manufacturer's specifications.
• Cost of consumables (such as replacement batteries) should they be required.
• The cost excludes the freight of the instrument from you to our premises for calibration.
• Any additional costs that may arise (e.g., if the instrument requires repair or adjustment by a third party) will be quoted for your approval prior to completion of works.
