About the Author

Patti-Ann Collins is a retired nurse with forty years of experience and has her doctorate in nursing. She is the mother to two sons and stepmother to two daughters. Her blended family provides her with seven wonderful grandchildren. A fierce advocate for social justice, Collins uses her passion for writing to teach future generations love and acceptance.
