The Throwdown HIIT Bike Pro is purpose-built for commercial HIIT programming — CrossFit boxes, group training studios, boot camps, and high-traffic gym floors. A fully welded 2mm steel frame — not bolted — provides the structural integrity needed for standing sprints, all-out intervals, and daily abuse from multiple users.
