The Rat TNMD (Tenomodulin) QuickTest ELISA Kit measures Tnmd in Rat Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell Lysate or Tissue Lysate. This kit was based on sandwich ELISA method. The experiment lasted 120 minutes. Capture antibody was conjugated to an affinity tag that was recognized by a specific antibody coated on the QuickTest plate. Add the Cap/Det Ab working solution into each well, then add the standards and pilot samples into individual wells. If the sample contains Tnmd, a capture antibody-Tnmd-biotin-detection antibody complex was formed. After incubation, unbound conjugates were removed by wash buffer. HRP-Streptavidin was added. After washing, TMB substrates were added to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. The concentration of Tnmd in the sample was calculated by drawing a standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

I needed some decals for light colored shirts but wanted something that felt better quality and gave me a higher quantity than the typical Avery brand iron on sheets. Avery is better. These no matter how much I ironed with my heat press or iron, a portion of the decal would not adhere to the shirt even after double checking the shirt materials and heat settings only the edges of the decal adhered to the shirt. The rest of the sheets either stayed stuck to the backing sheet or loose on the ironed shirt and quickly tore. I would not recommend these for professional small businesses or even the crafty mom. Not worth it. I purchased two boxes and still the same result with both. Do not waste you money like I did. You will be sorely disappointed.
