The Mouse CYB5A (Cytochrome b5) ELISA Kit measures CYB5A in Mouse Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti CYB5A antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with CYB5A bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of CYB5A in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

See through and jacket has no structure

On the positive side, it does appear to be well made. The stitching is clean, the fit is decent, and overall construction seems solid for the price. However, the material is extremely thin much thinner than expected. It’s so lightweight that it is see-through. Both the jacket and pants are unlined, which makes the suit feel even lighter and less structured. I While I understand seersucker is meant to be breathable and comfortable this isnt even seersucker it is a striped polyester blend material. It may work in very hot climates but if you’re looking for something with more structure or durability, this is not the best option. The fabric feels about as thick as a paper towel. Overall, decent construction, but the thinness and lack of a defined shape and lining are disappointing and makes it almost impossible to wear.
