Overview
The MI 3365 OmegaEE XD (M) is Metrel’s high-end, flagship appliance tester designed for professional environments requiring both appliance (AS3760) and medical equipment (AS3551) testing in one device. Mains powered and feature-rich, it’s ideal for users needing fast, repeatable, and standards-compliant test workflows across a wide range of applications.
This model supports testing in accordance with AS3551, IEC/EN 62353 and RCD testing (CATII) for AS3003. It also boasts simulation of single fault conditions for IT and AV equipment (IEC/EN 62368). Hard-wired equipment can also be tested directly using integrated terminals.
The MI 3365 features a 4.3” colour touch screen with full keypad controls, and supports both user-defined and pre-configured AUTOSEQUENCE® routines for fast, consistent testing. Results are stored to the onboard 8 GB memory (expandable), and can be transferred to a PC via Metrel’s ES Manager software.
The unit supports a full range of peripherals, including printers, barcode scanners, and RFID readers (wired or Bluetooth), with integration available via the optional aMESM Android app.
EVSE Charging Cable Testing
The MI 3365 also supports testing of Mode 2 and Mode 3 EVSE charging cables when used with Metrel’s dedicated EV test adaptors. This makes it ideal for workplaces or service providers managing electric vehicle infrastructure alongside standard appliance and medical equipment testing.
With the ability to test appliances, medical devices, and EVSE cables, the MI 3365 is ideal for service providers or facilities looking to streamline testing into one advanced instrument.
