The Rabbit TCF20 (Transcription Factor 20) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rabbit TCF20. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rabbit TCF20 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rabbit TCF20, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm Β± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rabbit TCF20.Β You can calculate the concentration of Rabbit TCF20 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Amazing frisbees for dogs!

These are the best frisbees for dogs. They hold up well but do fade over time if left in the sun. Our border collie mix is an avid frisbee guy and these are his favorite. The float in water well and last for quite a while. He’s not a chewer so I can’t speak to the durability with chewing. I buy a couple every year when his old ones get faded and gross, otherwise we would continue to use these for over a year!

These frisbees are the best. We have had these for several years now they have been through countless catches, tug of war, being peed on (ew), and left out in the blazing sun, freezing cold, snow, ice, and rain. They are faded, yes, but they are perfectly intact without even a loose stitch. The design of them is different from others and the fabric of the frisbee has a slight parachute effect that gives your dog just a tiny bit more time to get those long throws. I would buy them again, but the three we have are still going strong.
