This wine is the  “Signature” of our oenologist Dimitri Bazas. This Bourgogne Chardonnay comes from a selection of our best barrels of Chardonnay. The grapes are grown in the classic regions of Puligny, Meursault, and Rully. This harmonious blend gives it both the classic character of Chardonnay from the Côte d'Or as well as the floral elegance, which is typical of the Côte Châlonnaise.

 

The grapes are manually harvested and aged for 10 months in barrels. This wine is made up of a selection of 30 barrels (30% of which are new). The wine is bright yellow with golden highlights. It has strong aromatic intensity; the nose is rich and well opened, with notes of exotic fruits and white flowers as well as notes of caramel and vanilla on a background of toasted bread. It is fresh on the palate with an opulent body, smooth and round. At the finish, it has a good aromatic persistence of fruit, united with a good balance between the acidity and the roundness.
