Plus de 300 fans de Wingspan ont soumis des illustrations de leurs oiseaux préférés dans le jeu pour le Wingspan Fan Art Challenge, et Stonemaier a sélectionné 255 illustrations dans une variété de styles. Le résultat final est un grand paquet de cartes d'oiseaux – mécaniquement identiques à leurs homologues de Wingspan et des extensions Europe, Océanie et Asie – pour ajouter une touche de saveur particulière aux tables du monde entier.
La boîte pour les cartes est conçue à la fois pour le stockage et la recyclabilité ; il s'insérera dans la couche inférieure du nichoir. Vous pouvez mélanger les cartes dans votre jeu standard Wingspan, sélectionner des cartes pour remplacer les cartes que vous possédez ou jouer à des jeux uniquement avec ces oiseaux (leurs pourcentages correspondent étroitement à ceux indiqués sur les cartes bonus).

These work well, were worth the price, and made good stocking stuffers. I took off 1 star, because they appeared somewhat different from the photo. The photo made the glitter ones looked like they had stars as part of the pattern (like a night sky or outer space), but it seems like that effect was added to the photo to enhance the glittery appearance. They are, in fact, very sparkly and not very celestial, so they were just a tad more ‘girly’ than I was expecting. Nothing wrong with glitter and glam—just different from what I thought I was getting. On a positive note, the glitter is sealed in and doesn’t shed, so you won’t be spreading sparkly escapees for the rest of eternity. (I guess I would give 4.5 stars if I could)
