Subpar manufacturing

We bought one of these dog toys in Happy Valley and our dogs LOVED it. I purchased two on Amazon and am disappointed with the shipment. One toy was 1st quality. The second one was in packing that was stapled back together and what we found was the toy was subpar. There were sharp pieces left from the molding process. Iโm not sure how this wasnโt caught in the manufacturing process.
