⚠️其实我们每次洗头都需要洗2遍。
就是洗了一遍Shampoo冲掉再洗一遍Shampoo。
👉第一遍的Shampoo只能洗掉表层的造型品，灰尘。。
👉第二遍的Shampoo才能洗掉汗水，油脂。。
⚠️怎样才能知道洗得干净与否？
👉洗出来的Shampoo是水水的，没有泡泡就是代表头皮头发比较油或肮脏（大致上洗第一遍时都会这样）
👉在洗第二遍时泡沫会变多，浓密～代表已经洗干净了！
备注：如果还是没有泡泡就需要再洗一遍。
#头皮头发达到洁净后，头皮头发保养品很快就会被吸收😘
护发篇～～
时常有人问 -“我每次洗头都有放护发素/发膜。为什么头发还是那么干燥？”🤷🏻♀️🤷♂️
今天就来分享使用护发素或发膜的正确方式🥰😍
👉洗好头发后，把头发上的水挤干；在不滴水的状况下抹上护发素或发膜。
⚠️注：如果在头发滴水的状况下涂抹；护发素货发膜会随着水流掉（那就白放了😭）
👉放置5～8分钟就可以冲掉啦～
⚠️注：冲水时不需要冲得太干净，把白色的cream冲掉就可以了。
头发还是要滑滑的，如果冲到头发变成涩涩的就代表护发素或发膜已经掉完了😂
⚠️备注⚠️
👉发膜（Mask）能补充头发内层的水分，蛋白质。
👉护发素（Conditioner）是帮助关闭毛鳞片，提升头发的柔软度。

Top-tier engine protection that runs quiet and smooth

I’ve used Castrol EDGE in a couple of our vehicles and always come back to it for consistent performance. It extends the time between oil changes and holds up well under both daily driving and highway mileage. We don't "extend the time" though. It's changed, on the dot, every time. The consistency and quality of the oil's condition at change, though, is easily able to be seen that it would go for much longer.
Engine runs quieter, and I’ve noticed better fuel efficiency over time compared to conventional oil. Whether that's how attentively I drive and watch the mileage meter on the dash or the oil - is up for debate ;)
It doesn’t burn off as quickly either, which is great if you’re keeping an eye on long-term engine health.
The bottle design pours cleanly with a smart spout, which saves unnecessary messes in the garage.

Excellent choice for long oil change intervals.

I'm a former dealership mechanic and for years I used whatever we had in the bulk tank which was usually Valvoline conventional. My last job was at a German car dealership. Castrol was the oil recommended by the German manufacturers and that's when I started using Castrol. In my experience Castrol is an excellent oil. My 2014 Ford just rolled over 242,000 miles and even with factory 10,000 mile oil change intervals, from what I can see through the oil fill the top end of the engine is still clean. I've never had to remove the valve cover. It's using about a quart between oil 10,000 mile oil changes which is great because when it was new it used about a 1/2 quart between changes.
