Phalaris arundinacea var. picta 'Feesey' ~ Strawberries & Cream Ribbon GrassStrawberries & Cream Ribbon Grass is a naturalized cool season wetland grass with hollow stems and flat, arching green blades with bold creamy white stripes that emerges flushed pink. The fine panicles of tiny white flowers appear above the foliage in early summer and age to tan. Ribbon Grass is very adaptable and can grow in any soil type or moisture tolerance. NOTE: extremely vigorous spreader that is invasive if not planted in contained area!

NOTE: extremely vigorous spreader that is invasive if not planted in contained area! However, if this is not a concern it can be used for erosion control and dense ground cover. Planting in dry soil helps limit invasive qualities.
