Biotin 300micrograms,
Silica dioxide 200mg,
Resveratrol 75mcg,
Hippophae rhamnoides (Sea Buckthorn) extracts dry conc. equivalent to fruit dry 150mg,
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 250mg.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food.
