SNX2 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human SNX2 Antibody is added and binds to SNX2 in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated SNX2 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin HRP is washed away during a washing

The Human (SNX2) Sorting Nexin 2 ELISA Kit measures Sorting Nexin 2 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human SNX2 antibody. SNX2 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human SNX2 Antibody is added and binds to SNX2 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated SNX2 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human SNX2. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Seems to be pretty durable. I haven't had it long. The adhesive is still holding up as I applied it to the wall for a vertical hang to keep the block off the floor in my studio. I don't recommend trying to apply this to a wall that would have some kind of texture as the adhesive probably wouldn't hold very well. It's made for flat surfaces only or a wood surface. Make sure you clean the dust off the area you plan to attach to. As everyone knows charging blocks for PCs are incredibly huge and heavy; so far so good.
