History of Creatine

Creatine is a naturally occurring compound that’s instrumental in the energy supply process of muscle cells. We’ve known about it for quite a while; Michel Eugène Chevreul first identified it in 1832, though it wasn’t widely used as a supplement until the 1990s. Creatine, in the form of phosphocreatine, helps supply short-term energy to muscles by turning their spent fuel, adenosine diphosphate (ADP), back into the fuel adenosine triphosphate (ATP). When you lift a weight, your muscles quickly burn their ATP stores, turning it into useless ADP. Then, two to seven seconds later, creatine starts to work, turning ADP back into ATP and supplying your muscles with more fuel.

Suggested Usage 

Directions For PURPLE-K: Take 1-2 capsules 30 minutes prior to working out and 1-2 capsules within 60 minutes of finishing.
