The Great Endeavor Crown Jewel Hammer with Soft Tips | Carbon Tech

Precision Meets Control in Professional Dent Repair

The Great Endeavor Crown Jewel Hammer by Carbon Tech, designed by Chad Peters, redefines precision in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). Built specifically for professional technicians, this tool delivers controlled, balanced strikes for crown and high-spot work without risking surface distortion. With two included soft tips—one large and one small—this hammer is engineered for accuracy, comfort, and consistent performance across every dent repair job.

Measuring 14 inches in total length, the Great Endeavor Hammer provides the ideal reach and leverage for detailed crown knockdowns. Each strike is deliberate and measured, helping technicians blend panels cleanly while maintaining the vehicle’s original finish.

Designed by Chad Peters for Crown Knockdown Perfection

This hammer was purpose-built by PDR expert Chad Peters, whose experience shaped every element of its design. The tool’s balanced weight distribution and soft-tip configuration make it especially effective for large crowns and high spots, where precision and control matter most.

Unlike traditional metal-tipped hammers, the soft tips distribute impact more evenly—minimizing push marks and protecting the paint. The smaller tip allows for fine-tuned accuracy, while the larger one covers broader areas efficiently, helping professionals finish work faster with smoother results.

Soft Tips for Gentle, Effective Metal Movement

The Great Endeavor Crown Jewel Hammer includes:

  • One large soft tip for general blending and broad surface contact

  • One small soft tip for pinpoint precision in tighter or more complex repairs

These tips are crafted from premium, durable materials that absorb vibration while maintaining the feedback PDR technicians need to feel the metal’s response. Whether you’re working on aluminum or steel, this hammer delivers clean, even strikes every time.

Optional Brass Weight Add-On for Custom Balance

Coming soon, the optional brass weight system will let you fine-tune your hammer’s feel. The hammer head includes built-in holes designed to hold the brass weights securely in place. By adding or removing these weights, you can adjust the overall balance, increasing the control and strike strength based on your preferred workflow.

This modular feature makes the Great Endeavor one of the most customizable blending hammers in the PDR industry, giving technicians the freedom to adapt their tool to any repair style or environment.

High Recommend!!!
Color: Mint
This mini heat press packs a lot of heat! It’s very easy to use and it’s light weight. I use it for my crochet projects when ironing patches on. The silicon holder didn’t burn when resting the mini machine on it either. This is a pretty sturdy mini press and I am very happy with my purchase.

Tumbler and mug heat press
Style: Purple-30oz
Easy to set up and operate, heats up fast, and works beautifully. I sublimated 2 coffee mugs and they came out nice. It came with a small package of sublimation paper, heat tape, and a pair of very small heat-proof gloves. Gloves are needed to handle hot items, so you may want to get a larger pair. I have small hands and they barely fit me. But the heat press works perfectly.

Barely qualifies as a product
Style: 12x10
This thing is a FAIL on so many levels that I can't even begin to describe how bad it is. I bought the 12 x 15 press because I thought it would be fun to have a smaller press at the house that I could use to knock out things like mouse pads and coasters when I didn't feel like going to my studio and using my other machines. What a mistake. Uneven heat is just one of the issues. The biggest problem is that when you pull the arm down instead of the springs, adjusting to any height that might come from a coaster or a mouse pad, the whole heat plate just gets pushed back in the pylon, while at the same time, the platform holding the unattached rubber plate tilts down at the front, causing it to sit crooked and not work. It overheats the pieces in the back and under heats the pieces in the front because of the gap it creates.. It's awful . The timer didn't work . The temperature begins to go down as soon as you start applying the heat plate. It ruined everything it touched . Lesson learned - I've been in this business for a long time and I should've known better but I thought for the light duty minimal requirements that I wanted this would probably be OK but it's dismal . It's beyond dismal - buyer beware - don't say I didn't warn you.
