The Mouse GDF9 (Growth Differentiation Factor 9) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse GDF9. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse GDF9 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse GDF9, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ยฑ 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Mouse GDF9.ย You can calculate the concentration of Mouse GDF9 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

I like this suit. I really do. It's much better quality than I expected. Color matches what I saw on my screen. 100% worth the $70. My problem was listening to reviews. Most say fit perfect, follow their size chart. Another says their son is normally size 32 and she ordered a 38 and it fit perfect, so make sure to order 1 or 2 sizes up. My advice is go with your gut. My son is normally a size 34...I ordered a a 36 because of both their size chart and reviews. After looking at the size chart I told myself that's too big, but said no, reviews state this is perfect and it is 1 size up from what he wears. As I was ordering I was telling myself "this is going to be too big, I just know it." Guess what? I was right...and now I'm paying for these size 4XL pants to be tailored (am I stupid or is a 36 supposed to be 4xl?? I still wonder if this is my mess up). The jacket actually fit quite nicely, maybe a tad too big, but not enough to even need to tailor it. Honestly this company needs to let us pick a size for the jacket and a size for the pants, instead of it being almost a guarantee one of them will be too big.
