有關日本酒的糖度：以一般市面售賣的特別純米酒中，純米吟釀級別的平均值為例，每100ML日本酒中約有糖分1.2g的時候，「伯樂星」的糖分卻只有約0.6g。在迎合逐年傾向口味偏甜的市場的同時，「伯樂星」的「約半分」理論卻始終不變。
以究極的食中酒為目標：「伯樂星」的甜味是不會掩蓋那些例如使用湯汁煮出來的、味道比較清淡的料理，而是只在料理的味道之下輕輕流過，並從而令料理所帶出的味道更能具體地浮現出來。這種「以日本酒清洗流走」的表現手法，對「伯樂星」來說，就是「與日本酒互相靠近」這種緣份之下有力地存在著。
有關「新澤釀造店」的設備：「新澤釀造店」引入了可以將溫度細微調整至0.1℃刻度的釡鍋。利用徹底溫度管理之下所做出來的蒸米，有濕滑感之餘卻能加熱直達米芯，綻放甘香。而以這樣的蒸米做出來的麴，更有著令人驚嘆的輕巧和彈力。

Just linear
Format: Paperback
I appreciate that it helps to organize the chaos of information, but I just used the template verbatim with my manager and it did not go very well. He said this linear approach does not work anymore with high-level corporate audiences. They want to cut right to the chase and start to dig into the deep details. This layout with simple images, even if you just pull away the map and anchor slides, makes the storytelling too much like a story, not giving enough credit to the speed at which certain audiences can and do process data on a slide. It was an interesting exercise and I still think this linear layout works in some cases. Just not if you are trying to communicate business case or other C-suite type of information.
