Our Jump Rope is easily adjustable and can be customized to fit your exact height. Each handle is accented by a color that coincides with the cable you chose (i.e. Green, Pink, Red, or Black respectively). These color options look great, and they add a personalized touch that let you recognize your rope from a distance. Each pack comes with 2 cables that offer different rotation speeds: a black, 4.0mm thick, 70g rope; and color, 3.2mm thick, 50g rope.
The handles are contoured to fit comfortably in your hands and be held with a natural, relaxed grip. Each is wrapped in an absorbent athletic tape and shaped to reduce forearm fatigue, so you can keep skipping away those calories!
