Hailing from Glasgow, Scotland, The Yummy Fur were a wild and weird mix of angular riffs, super short songs and savage vitriol / sardonic social commentary. Singer / guitarist, John McKeown, fronted the band from their 1992 inception (scores of cartoon melodies under a minute long delivered at high velocity) until their demise in 1999. Along the way they recorded three albums: Night Club (1996), Male Shadow at Three O'Clock (1998) and Sexy World (1999). Firm favourites of UK radio DJ legend John Peel, they recorded two sessions for the much revered DJ and regularly featured on his show."We could be like Micheal Stipe and say we liked the Yummy Fur a lot, but that would be a lie because we LOVED the Yummy Fur with all of our heart! Being able to join them on stage for the reunion tour when they played in Portland stands out to us as one of our greatest achievements in our bands career. We didn't just like them, we adored them & obsessively collected anything that had to do with them. They were a beautiful mystery to us in America. Who were these strange weirdos that sang about Lydia Lunch and wrote these 2 minute post-punk masterpieces? This soap is great
After first use of the soap, my skin felt like it had truly been clean, and not dried out as I had expected. I plan on using it, only once a week however, I found twice in a week to be too much for my white skin, not for the effects of evening my skin tone, but over use of the product can ruin the great effects it has on the skin. Yes, this works for white folks, it gives you younger looking, healthier looking skin, body and face, which I noticed first use. Everything in moderation, we can all learn a lesson from Goldilocks, as it can be applied to pretty much everything.

Did not see any changes, fine as a regular soap I suppose
I have some age / sun spots and was really hoping that this would lighten them at least a little as
they are very noticeable. My skin is very fair / light and Iβve used two full bars (very small) every day for a few months now and have not noticed a single bit of improvement. (Yes, I wear sunscreen every day and have a dermatologist that recommended other products but not this one). The soap itself smells fine, but has not improved my skins color. I would say this is not effective and would not recommend this.

Hydrating lotion
Iβm not sure about the skin care properties of this lotion. I havenβt used it long enough or consistently enough to state that it helped with my hyper pigmentation. However, I canβt say that it absorbs really well. It feels comfortable on the skin. And it is super hydrating. Iβm considering purchasing it.
