1. Wash your hands before using this kit
2. Clean your hands with the wipes
3. Sterilize the equipment with the cotton pad
4. Hold your skin in place with the clamp
5. Pierce your skin with the needle and place the cork on the end to the needle
6. Remove one ball of the jewelry. Gently slide the jewelry into your piercing. Once it passes through, carefully screw the ball back on

love the product, hate the dispenser. nozzle stopped spraying after 3rd use. I had to switch to a different spray bottle. wish it was an aerosol for a finer mist to ensure better coverage.
