William Hickey (30 June 1749 – 31 May 1830) was an English lawyer, but is best known for his vast Memoirs, composed in 1808–10 and published between 1913 and 1925, which in their manuscript form cover seven hundred and forty closely written pages. Described by Peter Quennell as "One of the most remarkable books of its kind ever published in the English Language", Hickey's Memoirs give an extraordinarily vivid picture of life in late 18th-century London, Calcutta, Madras and Jamaica which stands comparison with the best of his near-contemporary James Boswell.

I have very sensitive skin and have tried many products over the years. This is by far the best daily moisturizer. I don’t wear makeup other than under eye concealer. Not as good as the antirougeurs cream
I used to use the Antirougeurs cream and loved it but since they no longer make it, I had to switch. I have been using the redness expert cream for a week and it makes my face even redder. I also started to break out. The texture is good but I don’t think it works like the other cream.

Really helps with the redness
Years ago, my dermatologist recommended this line whenever I had a problem with redness. The redness occurs when I spend time outside, even with sunscreen & a hat. When I perspire it irritates my skin & poof, redness. I started using this, once I found it on Amazon, & this really helps to relieve the pain, discomfort & burning sensation. It has a cooling affect on your skin. Until I found this brand I simply suffered until the irritated skin healed. I apply this at night, especially after being outside & sweating & the redness is gone in the morning. I plan to use this until I no longer need it.
