以柔和輕快的口感、淡淡果味加上清爽後勁酒為指標而醸造出來的酒就是「若波」。每年注重對設備上的投資、因此酒質越來越好。若波酒造的果實酒也是十分受歡迎。「九州水果」為理念而造的。酒精度較低、就算不擅長飲酒的人也容易飲。
