The Human (ALDH1A1) Retinal Dehydrogenase 1 ELISA Kit measures Retinal Dehydrogenase 1 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human ALDH1A1 antibody. ALDH1A1 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human ALDH1A1 Antibody is added and binds to ALDH1A1 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated ALDH1A1 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human ALDH1A1. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

My dad set mine up and luckily he had a bunch of his own so he switched them out with better screw anchors. Once we made that switch it was perfect, there was no wobble or shaking at all. So that’s my only piece of advice. Besides for the screw anchors everything else is perfect
