Care

General Maintenance: Pinch back the stems in early spring to promote a bushy appearance, or let them vine around a trellis or stake. Also perfect for hanging planters! Bring outside during the summer, and indoors during the cooler fall and winter. Repot once roots begin to show around the drainage holes, or repot annually.

Temperature: Keep this vine above 16°C during the day, and above 10°C at night.

Light: These vines love full sun. Give them at least 6 hours of full sun per day. Preferably in the morning, as too much direct afternoon sun can cause leaf scorching.

Watering: Keep the soil moist, but not soggy. Water once the top few inches of soil have dried out. Regularly spray the leaves down to remove dust and debris, and provide humidity. During the winter, mist regularly to keep the humidity up.

Soil: A well-draining, organic soil is best. Those with peat moss and sand are perfect.

Fertilizer: Use a slow-release, balanced fertilizer in the spring, or use a diluted, balanced fertilizer every two weeks during the spring and summer.

EKGs are difficult and I still don’t understand
Format: Paperback
Hey I’m in nursing school and I bought this… it’s not the pocket size, it’s actually a full size book. It brought tears to my eyes many times. I have no idea what a 3rd degree block is. Hopefully you can learn and be a good nurse! EKGs are for the doctors to read. So don’t be too hard on yourself. But you should probably know what normal sinus rhythm looks like… 👍🏼

My teacher thinks some of the ekgs are wrong
Format: Paperback
Can anyone put me in contact with the author of this book? My ekg/cardiology teacher is slandering her name and saying some of the rhythms she has in this book are wrong. Really upsets me because he is only a nurse and teaching a pre paramedic course. Doctors and cardiologist were the ones who cited this book. The rhythms are correct, my teacher just wants to think he is smarter than everyone else when it comes to cardiology. Otherwise I love this book and very helpful.

Excellent Book
Format: Paperback
As a nurse I struggle sometimes with rhythm recognition for some of the more complicated ones. This book is easy to read with many practice strips to help you comprehend even the complex details. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to learn EKGs or brush up on their rhythm recognition skills. Great book!
