Where do we start on this one?  If you truly love wine and find passion in what can bring to the table, this my friend is intellectual wine candy.  The wine is aged in underground concrete vats to preserve the core freshness of the fruit.  Visually, the wine has an iridescent, bright, red ruby color.  On the nose it comes off pure and focused with definitive notes of pomegranate, red currant and raspberry fruits backed by a strong, lifted peppery spice and wild herbs.  The delicate fruit freshness of the limestone vineyards comes across on the palate offering up sublime presence and weight.  Silky red fruits envelop the tongue with well delineated mouth watering acidity to keep it lively and engaging.  Play with this wine a bit in the glass, it's an absolute blast to see it evolve.  On the table, sip this with a bone in pork chop w/ an Asian glaze, whole roasted Branzino fish w/ herbs and fresh lime, or a traditional Catalan beef stew.  Enjoy.
