The book contains b&w and color photos of nearly two hundred lots of jewelry from the Vreeland estate. There are also photos of Mrs. Vreeland wearing the jewelry. The designers include Kenneth Jay Lane, Yves St. Laurent, Chanel, Tiffany & Company, Bulgari, and Van Cleef & Arpels. Cover illustration of Mrs. Vreeland is by Cecil Beaton.
